Justification of single sourcing action -
HEXITEC is an existing STFC circuit design for which an optical mask set was generated under a previous order as NRE.
- AMS hold the optical mask set that is used in the production of the circuits .
- The optical mask set is specific to the AMS C35B4C3 process and cannot be transferred to another supplier.
- Creating disproportionate technical difficulties
