The Study will review the requirement for employment space in the market town of Newport. The last Study (Newport: The Need for Employment Land) was undertaken in November 2013 to support the current Adopted Local Plan. The Study will update the Council's evidence to inform its Local Plan Review.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
