description
The East Midlands Leadership Academy (EMLA) wishes to a appoint an organisation to design and delivery a 'Living Systems Leadership' team based experiential programme. The aim will be to provide integrated teams across health and social sectors in the East Midlands with systems leadership development to enhance their confidence and capability to lead as a team across organisational boundaries and to collaborate on a system based change project.
The East Midlands Leadership Academy work as part of a network of Local Leadership Academies funded by the NHS Leadership Academy. This programme is being piloted in the East Midlands with the view to further scale and spread if the evaluation merits further rollout. The initial contract value is for one cohort at the value of £60,000.
As a pilot, the programme will need to support the development of System leadership development capability in the East midlands System. Successful providers will therefore need to work in partnership with EMLA and other key local System partners to ensure development of learning and skills from the programme. Following successful delivery of this cohort, this may lead to future commissioned cohorts taking a train the trainer approach.
The programme will be highly experiential in nature, with up to eight days delivered over a 10 month period for up to 4 teams and a maximum cohort size of 24 participants.
