TUR_2024_Tender for Outsourced Recruitment and Payroll Services

In scope of this tender we intend to identify and contract an Outsourced Recruitment and Payroll Company. The Suppliers will be expected to recruit/employ venue staff and examiners for our IELTS examinations and provide the following services for them: payroll processes, collection and issuance of employement documents, monthly labour payments, monhtly payments of social security and all other employers' duties to social security authorities.

Suppliers that would like to take part in this tender process are invited to 'Express Interest' upon which they will be given access to the full tender documentation delivery through this e-tendering system.

When the tender documents have been made available, involved suppliers will receive notification via email and the tender documents can be accessed from the 'My Tenders' area of this website and selecting the 'View Details' button of this project.

Deadline for submissions of the tender will be Thursday, 21 December, 2023, 17.30 Turkey time. Please allow sufficient time to make your return as late returns will not be premitted.
