Aequus Construction Ltd (ACL) is a property and development company based in Bath wholly owned by Bath & North East Somerset Council. ACL are currently working on the redevelopment of a former office block in Keynsham which will be turned into 95 apartments in a single block. We need to commission a Property Management Agent who will take on the full property management of Riverside View.
Detailed scope of responsibilities for the Management Agent to include:
| • | Supervision of all repairs & cleaning |
| • | Supervision of maintenance services of lifts, building services installation |
| • | Preparation of annual service charge |
| • | Must prepare annual expense budgets for the Management Agent |
| • | Supervision of repairs and renovations as agreed by the Management Agent |
| • | Contact with Freeholder (B&NES Council) to agree any service charge for the management company includes: |
| o | Building Insurance |
| o | Maintenance of external fabric plus any other items in the main lease |
| • | Regular meetings with the Management Agent |
