DW488 - Car Parking Consultancy - AWARD

Leeds Beckett University are currently seeking tenders for the provision of Car Parking Consultancy Services consisting of three lots:

Consultancy: Introduction of a web and mobile pre-booking system

Consultancy: Designated parking zones

Consultancy: Taxi / Private hire solution

The purpose of this tender is to outline the scope of works required by Estates Services and provide a basis for costing and decision making. It is intended that as a result of these findings that a further competitive procurement exercise will be conducted in order to source a provider to implement the chosen recommendation/s.

Suppliers that would like to take part in this tender process are invited to Express Interest upon which they will be given access to the full tender documentation delivery through this etendering system.

When the tender documents have been made available involved suppliers will receive notification via email and the tender documents can be accessed from the My Tenders area of this website by selecting the View Details button of this project.

The deadline for submissions of the tender will be 12:00 Noon Friday 31st March 2017.
