Executive Search

The appointment of a suitably experienced and capable search agent with the capacity to undertake a required search for a senior executive within the agreed timetable and to the appropriate quality.

The appointment is of a senior executive and the recruitment process will be chaired by a Civil Service Commissioner and must fully comply with the Civil Service Commission’s recruitment principles.

The executive search agents will need to recognise the importance of avoiding conflicts of interest between potential candidates’ existing interests and the responsibilities involved in this role.

Additional information: In order to receive a copy of the outline Person Specification and Job Description prospective bidders must first submit a signed Confidentiality Agreement.

The Agreement must be submitted to the ORR via its eTendering portal (details of how to register on the portal can be found at Annex B in the IT). All correspondence must be made through the portal and proposals must be uploaded on to the portal by the due date and time
