Home Group is currently seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced local contractors in relation to establishing a Framework to provide Damp proofing and Remedial Works specialist contractor support for our in-house DLO repairs service (HGRS) within the following Cumbria Geographical areas:-
- oAllerdale
- oCarlisle
- oCopeland
- oEden
It is HGL's intention to appoint up to 3 contractors on a ranked basis.. This opportunity will be ideally suited to SMEs with an intimate knowledge of the North Lakes area and are able to provide a reactive service for one of the countries largest providers of social housing.
