| • | Residential Valuation reports |
| • | Land registry compliant conveyancing plans |
| • | Negotiate with property owners on the behalf of the Council to agree a purchase price if required. |
The valuations will be undertaken in line with the appropriate RICS guidance and the valuation must be signed an RICS registered valuer.
