Surrey County Council (SCC) intends to partner with research organisations to conduct an evaluation of a two year pilot service which will be rolled out across Surrey. SCC invites proposals from organisations who are able to carry out a data linking and tracking exercise, across multiple public services and use this information to complete an economic evaluation.
