A suitably qualified and experienced Consultant (Lead Consultant) is required to provide services (the 'Services') in connection with the development of a second round bid to the Parks for People programme for Stevens Park, Quarry Bank. The Lead Consultant shall lead on the development of both the capital and revenue planning works.
The restoration and improvements works shall include but not be limited to various types of activity relating to: landscaping, repair, conservation, ironworks restoration, construction, architecture, arboriculture, interpretation, and other processes, 'the Works'.
