WSCC - SC - Bognor Regis Digital Hub Operator Procurement

West Sussex County Council (the Council) is seeking a Service Provider to operate a shared and collaborative workspace for creative and digital businesses in leased space in Bognor Regis railway station.

The Bognor Regis Creative Digital Hub (the Hub) will aim to create high value jobs in the creative digital sector by providing a shared workspace for businesses and start-ups. The aim is for a place where start-ups, freelancers, and established businesses can access a range of opportunities including co-working space, shared facilities, networking, training and support, and incubator services.

This requirement is for a collaborative partner to manage and operate a shared and flexible employment space in Bognor Regis railway station, and deliver business support, networking and capacity-building activities aimed at the creative and digital sectors.
