FSCS is seeking to appoint a Service Provider for the provision of support, maintenance and consultancy services for it's Finance applications as below:
- (i)Support and maintenance for FSCS' on-premise instances of SunSystems, iPOS and associated applications based on current service model;
- (ii)Root and branch analysis of FSCS current finance applications to include producing a configuration document;
- (iii)SunSystems and iPOS system upgrades to include any associated training;
- (iv)Support to migrate to cloud version (if required);
- (v)off-premise support - post migration based on the chosen service model (if required).
