Wirral Borough Council (The Council) requires consultancy support to develop a Place Brand for the area. The purpose of the Brand is to:
- attract inward investment to Wirral and support existing business growth;
- attract more people to live, work, and learn in Wirral;
- attract more visitors to enjoy Wirral's culture, heritage and tourism attractions and specifically encourage staying visitors (including business and leisure visitors); and
- to celebrate the offer in our towns and villages, building pride in place among residents and business - harnessing their role a 'Champions of Place'.
