Lancashire County Council is inviting tenders on the terms set out in this ITT to secure a single provider contract for the provision of a treasury management consultancy service. The initial contract period will be 2 years, after such time the Authority may extend the Contract by any number of defined periods, provided that the total extension duration does not exceed 12 months
