GB-Liverpool: Pension Admin Software (RFI)

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY (RFI)

The University of Liverpool wishes to give notice of a potential tender opportunity for a new inhouse pension administration software.

Should this become a full tender, we anticipate that any formal competition process may commence in early Autumn 2022 in order to agree any new arrangement from 1st August 2023 for an initial period of three years with an option to extend for another two years.

All dates, time periods and quantities indicated in this Notice are provisional only and the university reserves the right to change the same if circumstances so dictate. The University reserves the right not to enter in to any contract pursuant to this Notice and to withdraw from this procurement exercise at any time.

The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
