Place Partnership Ltd. on behalf of Worcestershire County Council invite suitable, qualified and experienced Building Contractors to carry the replacement of Curtain Walling to a Two Storey Classroom Block at Westacre Middle School Ombersley Way Droitwich Worcestershire WR9 0AA

It is on this basis that we invite suitable contractors to provide a full turn-key project compliant quotation, to deliver this project within set time scales.

The classroom block was constructed in about 1970 with an infill to the courtyard and internal remodelling in 2006. The two storey building has a flat roof supported on a steel frame with brick walls and steel / aluminium framed glazed curtain walling. Some of the curtain walling was replaced in 2007.

Work Limitations: All work shall be carried out during school holiday periods, May Half term holiday and the Summer Holiday.

24/07/2018 to 03/09/2018

Works to be complete by 1st September 2018.

Before tendering, contractors must arrange to carry out a site inspection. To arrange access to carry out this inspection contact Richard Willett on 077100 68905.

All cost, expenses and liabilities incurred by the Supplier in connection with the preparation of their submission, the Form of Tender and Pricing Schedule shall be borne by the Supplier.

Worcestershire County Council reserve the right not to award a contract in full or in part.
