601869 Trevor Gibbons Pipework Upgrade Chiller

To remove the existing connecting pipework and

defective/inefficient ancillary items to the chiller unit externally and replace with new, energy efficient, suitably sized pipework and plant to provide adequate comfort cooling/air conditioning to the respective wards and offices they serve; Provide new eternal grade steel staircase is proposed to be installed to replace the existing cat ladder which is the only means of access to the structure housing the chiller unit. This will improve access and safety for operatives tasked with working in this area. Localised making good and minor external works/alterations to the paving slabs will be undertaken on completion of the staircase installation.
