Place Partnership Ltd. invite suitable, qualified and experienced Energy Consultants to express an interest for the Provision Commercial & Domestic Energy Performance Certificates to provide quality commercial / domestic Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).

Place Partnership Limited is seeking to appoint an external consultant with effect from 1st February 2020.

In accordance with several European Directives on the energy performance of buildings and the Energy Performance of Buildings Regulations 2007, Place Partnership / other organisations are legally required to produce a valid energy performance certificate (EPC).

Place Partnership requires a service provider experienced in the delivery of Commercial & Domestic Energy Performance Certificates to provide quality domestic Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).

The service provider should have the capability, expertise and software to deliver Level 3, 4 and 5 EPCs. This is to enable organisations to assess the energy performance of its commercial assets and ensure that those not currently meeting the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standard of Energy Rating Band E or above from 1st April 2018 can have Energy Conservation Measures ECM's installed to make them compliant, having regard to the regulations' Seven Year Payback test.

Place Partnership is a leading Public Sector Property Management provider managing a large property portfolio on behalf of Hereford & Worcester Fire & Rescue Authority, Warwickshire Police, West Mercia Police and Worcestershire County Council.
