On Behalf of The Kent County Council (the Contracting Authority), the Capital Projects Department are looking to procure a main contractor to provide Design & Build Construction services from RIBA Stage 5 to RIBA Stage 7.
The services are required for:
- Completion of the Design & Development of Construction Details based upon the existing RIBA 4 Design Documents (to be issued as part of the ITT).
