PME3680 - Computer Aided Facilities Management System

Walsall Council is seeking to contract with a partner who can deliver a Computer Aided Facilities Management System. The Council currently uses a number of systems and spreadsheets to enable the handling of Estates and both Assets and Facilities Management.

Going forward the Council is seeking to consolidate these under a single system capable of meeting all our requirements.

The Councils desired outcomes are:

• oTo map, develop, deploy a Computer Aided Facilities Management System that is scalable
• oTo identify and recommend opportunities for Facilities and Asset Management services that could be incorporated into the new system
• oTo provide a system that uses digital and mobile platforms
• oTo identify and recommend efficiency gains by integration of other related council systems and implications for any processes used in the other systems.
• oA cloud based system that is in line with the Council's digital strategy.
