Leicestershire County Council is reviewing its Developer Contributions Policy and is looking to commission suitably skilled and experienced consultants to work with the County Council's social care services to help develop a policy and approach to seeking justifiable requests under the terms of the purposes of Section 106 (s106) obligations from developments that impact on the demand for social service provision as a consequence of their development.
