GB-Oldham: Oldham Voids

The contract(s) to be awarded at the end of this tender exercise will run for a period of four years with a possible extension of four years based on yearly contract extensions.

The objective of this tender exercise is to appoint a minimum of four suppliers to a Framework Agreement to Complete Oldham void services in HC21’s residential properties in the Oldham area of England. Inclusion in the Framework Agreement does not guarantee any supplier any work during the life of the contract. The estimated annual value of the required works is £500,000 this is based on previous years spend.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
