description
Homes England is seeking to appoint a Multi Utility Provider at Attleborough Sustainable Urban Extension. In preparation for this we are conducting a market engagement exercise to better understand the market place and the services it could offer.
The scope of works required from a Multi Utility Provider comprises the design, installation, connection and energisation of new utility infrastructure for the Homes England land (Phase 1) at Attleborough Sustainable Urban Extension. This comprises 1,199 homes, a primary school, and local centre with up to 6,100m2 commercial floorspace and up to 2,100m2 (gross) for community uses.
The utilities required are new electricity, gas, water and telecoms supplies. Gas is not expected to be required for the residential units on the site, but may be required for commercial units. Homes England have secured a point of connection for provision of electricity capacity for Phase 1 of the Attleborough SUE site
