Debt Recovery & Enforcement Services
Dacorum Borough Council is inviting tenders under 2 lots. (Both lots are being tendered as concession contracts below the OJEU threshold of CCR 2016).
Lot 1 - Council Tax & Business Rates Enforcement will include: Council Tax and Business Rates Recovery, Commercial Rent or Debt Recovery, Debt Collection Services for the Recovery of Sundry Debts including Housing Benefit Overpayments, and Housing - the recovery of former Tenant Debt and Repairs Charges
Lot 2 - Traffic Management Warrant Enforcement
The initial contract period will commence during January 2019 for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend the contract for 2 further years.
Minimum Requirements
The contractor must be:
- oA corporate member of the Civil Enforcement Association (CIVEA)
- oA corporate member of the British Parking Association (for Lot 2)
- oRegulated by the Financial Services Authority or related statutory or regulatory body and
- oIf the Company is not a corporate member or regulated by one of the aforementioned bodies then all of the operational staff associated with the Council's work must be a member or regulated by of one of the said bodies.
