Tenders are sought for the full demolition of 52 no. properties at Beechtrees, Skelmersdale, Lancashire. The properties are owned by West Lancashire Borough Council and consist of a mixture of residential flats and houses of 2 and 3 storeys. They are of non-traditional construction, the type being a Reema Conclad system. Remedial works to retained terrace gables are required.
