Place Partnership Ltd. on behalf of Worcestershire County Council invite suitable, qualified and experienced Building Contractors to carry internal modifications at Evesham Library Oat Street Evesham Worcestershire WR11 4PJ

Brief Description: The appointed Building Contractor will act as the principle contractor and will co-ordinate all trade disciplines Mechanical & Electrical contractors will need to be named within the tender return documents.

The Principle Contractor will have overall responsibility for the site's Health & Safety during construction and for coordinating all trades on site.

There will be 2 No parking spaces allocated on site for the contractors use.

It is on this basis that we invite suitable contractors to provide a full turn-key project compliant quotation, to deliver this project within set time scales.

Works to be complete, commissioned and handed over to the client by 1st February 2019.

Please note that the Supplier is responsible for obtaining all information necessary for the preparation of the tender submission. All cost, expenses and liabilities incurred by the Supplier in connection with the preparation of their submission, the Form of Tender and Pricing Schedule shall be borne by the Supplier.

Worcestershire County Council reserve the right not to award a contract in full or in part.
