Oldham Council requires a Registered Provider of Social Housing to deliver housing services, facilities management, responsive services and additional works, for a scheme of nineteen new-build 5-bedroom family houses across 2 sites within the Primrose Bank neighbourhood which forms part of the popular Coppice area of Oldham. The tender is not lotted. A single provider will be appointed.
Tenderers must be a Registered Provider of Social Housing, Registered with the Regulator of Social Housing. Please refer to the procurement documents for full details and other mandatory requirements.
A contract start date of 4th January 2022 is planned, and the contract is offered on the basis of two years, with two further 12 month options to extend (maximum term of four years). Any contract value indicated herein is a mandatory requirement for this notice; is only an estimate for the potential four year contract term, not based on historical spend, and should not therefore be relied upon by Tenderers in making their commercial decisions associated with this procurement opportunity.
