Exeter City Council is undertaking an early-market engagement exercise in relation the future refurbishment of a small but popular outdoor water play facility at Heavitree Play Area in the heart of Exeter (EX1 3DS). Suppliers are invited to provide feedback on outline proposals to help shape a future procurement exercise.
