The BFI wishes to commission an agency to conduct an evaluation of the current cultural and economic impact of its Festivals in order to provide an evidence base to inform future strategic development.
The evaluation should include how the Festivals deliver impact and outcomes relating to the strategic objectives outlined in BFI 2022
- oDeveloping future learning and skills
- oPromoting future talent
- oSustaining future audiences
Specifically, we are looking for outcomes that also demonstrate how LFF delivers
- oImpact on film and media businesses both within the UK and internationally
- oCultural influence - promoting UK, and UK talent internationally, creating soft power
- oPositive social and cultural impact within UK - engaging broad audiences through inclusive and diverse representation, stimulating debate, community engagement, and offering UK-wide access
There are some tight delivery deadlines for this project, if necessary we welcome collaborative proposals from agencies working together in order to ensure delivery of the final report by mid July.
