Ramsgate Shop Front Works 3 Harbour Street

Thanet District Council is seeking to engage a contractor to carry out heritage conservation and restoration works to one shop front in Ramsgate's Harbour Street, as part of the Ramsgate High Street Heritage Action Zone project. The works are managed on behalf of the Council by Jan Kattein Architects. The proposed form of contract is JCT Minor Works with Contractor's Design 2016.

The Contract is anticipated to commence upon 22 January 2024 for a duration of 8 weeks.

The procurement process will be undertaken on the basis of formal quotations. Evaluation will be on the basis of criteria and methodology as set out in the Invitation to Quote document.

Any clarifications or questions must be submitted via the Message area of the Kent Business Portal by no later than 14.00hrs on 21 December 2023.

Completed quotation documents must be submitted electronically via the Kent Business Portal by no later than 14.00hrs on 5 January 2024.
