description
The requirement is to pilot the use of a Predictive Project Analytics (PPA) tool to assess existing project controls. The Supplier will undertake a pilot predictive project analytics project assessment on three Environment Agency projects to provide example comment. The Supplier will use the PPA tool to generate expected levels of project controls and perform a gap analysis between the expected and actual controls and governance. This will test the utility of the PPA tool.
