description

In response to escalating energy prices, HMG has decided that high value interventions in the energy market to support non-domestic customers are required. To mitigate the impact of high energy bills across the non-domestic market, the Department of Business, Energy, and Industrial Strategy ("BEIS") has implemented the first phase of the Energy Bill Relief Scheme (EBRS). The scheme was launched in October 2022, and is providing financial support to businesses primarily through their energy suppliers. This contract provides Project and Programme management requirements to the EBR Scheme
