DFID Kenya is seeking a Service Provider (SP) to provide technical advisory support and programme management services including financial management and administration, due diligence and management of downstream partners. The SP will deliver the programme against an approved logframe with milestones laid out for the year against each output indicator. The SP will also be responsible for timely collection of data against the established baseline and timely reporting. They will ensure tight control over a multi-pronged, complex programme. The Supplier will have responsibility for ensuring adaptation of approach in order to maximise results and VFM. At least 40% of the overall programme budget will be ring-fenced for grants to downstream partners in order to implement the scope of work and expand the programme's reach and local ownership. Partners will be selected by the service provider with approval from the DFID Senior Responsible Officer.
