Job Title: Learning and Development Support Officer
Rate of Pay: ?11.02- ?12.92 per hour (Inside IR35)
Hours: 37 hours
Location: Hybrid working - covering homeworking, Roway Lane and Council House, Oldbury and any other Council building within Sandwell dependent upon training events taking place.
Start Date: ASAP
Contract type: Temporary 3 month position

Brief description:
The role
As an L&D Support Officer you'll play a key role in supporting the full range of Learning & Development activities. Covering all aspects of L&D support you'll be helping to deliver a fast paced and varied service across the council. Ideally, you should have experience of providing support services within a busy administration or learning and development environment, being able to demonstrate how you deliver excellent customer service is a must.
You should be able to demonstrate:
- oYour knowledge, skills and experience of supporting a busy office environment
- oAbility to co-ordinate multiple events / tasks
- oA clear understanding of your customers, key stakeholders and their needs
- oA proven track record of excellent customer service delivery
- oYou can build relationships and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
