The House of Lords Administration is therefore seeking to engage with a single supplier to support the provision of a House of Lords Leadership Development Programme, tailored to our needs, targeting current and potential senior leaders. This programme will tackle skills gaps and invest in the core capabilities that will support organisational and cultural transformation and will be based on content surrounding the 'Target leadership Behaviours' .
