The Employer is seeking to select contractor(s) pre-qualified by WHG to be considered to undertake Responsive Repair Works up to £5,000 or complexity* per occurrence. Works will be awarded based on rates, capacity, and timeliness.
- Complexity refers to jobs that require specialist services outside the scope of the contractor’s own capabilities.
The stock portfolio comprises approximately the following:

The Service is in two Lots as follows:
