This is an Advert for Soft Market Testing to gauge market interest which will influence future Commissioning and Procurement Direction.
NHS Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit on behalf of Telford and Wrekin CCG are seeking to engage with potential Providers for the provision of Community Gynaecology Services.
The Gynaecology Services shall be for the provision of a consultant led, high quality, dedicated and professional gynaecology services, centred on clinical assessment and treatment of common women's health conditions, including but not limited too:
Telford and Wrekin CCG currently has a Community Gynaecology Service and this contract is due to expire on the 31st October 2019.
The service Provider(s) will be required to work collaboratively with existing providers as part of an integrated,evidence based approach to patient care. The CCG anticipate that this future procurement will be awarded to one service provider or a lead provider on behalf of a consortium.
The aim of the event will be to engage with potential Providers for these services in order to share the commissioning intentions of the CCG, and to seek the input from Providers on a number important aspects relating to the services, including the service specification.
At the event there will be an opportunity for Providers to network with other Providers and Commissioners.
The CCG would like to assess the current market appetite to provide this service and identify any barriers to successful implementation. The outcomes of the event will then determine next steps.
