The supplier is required to undertake a high impact evaluation of a new £500,000 initiative, the Carers Social Action Support Fund, which will invest in projects which use social action to support (unpaid, family) carers. The Authority is also interested in assessing the impact these programmes have on use of wider health and social care services to inform future investment in social action interventions.
