Recreational, cultural and sporting services. Construction work for buildings relating to leisure, sports, culture, lodging and restaurants.

Test Valley Borough Council requires a partner organisation to deliver leisure and cultural services within Test Valley. This will include the investment in and direct management of a number of existing facilities and the development of new facilities. The contract will be awarded for a period of up to 30 years subject to the outcome of the competitive dialogue process.

The Authority requires a partner to deliver leisure services in the Borough of Test Valley and will include the following:

• Design, build, operate and maintain contract for the redevelopment of Andover Leisure Centre,
• Investment in and operation of the following facilities,
• Romsey Rapids,
• Romsey Sports Centre,
• Charlton Lakeside,
• Knightwood Leisure Centre.

The facilities may include sports, leisure and cultural facilities, with possible health and library facilities. Further information on the services provided by each centre can be found on the Test Valley Borough Council website. Additional information can also be found within the draft ISDS documentation for this Competitive Dialogue procurement. The Authority is potentially seeking investment in the facilities as well as the management of the facilities and may add additional facilities or services into the contract, such as libraries, health facilities, other leisure and cultural facilities and services or other dual use facilities.
