description
The BFI are looking for a 3rd party internet provider to service our conservation centre at Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire. The centre requires the ability to upload, transfer and download large moving image files of up to 250Gb in size as well as in batches of 10 or more as 'business as usual' needs. In addition, it must be able to service video streaming of 2Mbps for up to 600 concurrent users.
The solution offered must include bi-directional uncontended primary internet connection of 1Gb / on a 10Gb bearer with scalable burst ability of up to 5Gb for potential short-term peaks.
The expectation is that the installed and fully-tested solution, as agreed, should be in place and providing services by not later than the mid November 2016
