Plant Hire Framework With and Without Operator

Norfolk County Council wishes to establish a framework agreement of suppliers for the hire of both operated and non-operated plant and associated equipment as detailed in this application.

Successful applicants will be appointed to the framework agreement to provide these services in accordance with the service specification, together with the documents making up the Contract.

The framework will consist of 5 Lots (each with 3 operational areas) as follows:

Lot 1 - Plant Hire with Operator

Lot 2 - Plant Hire with Operator (including Labour Only Option)

Lot 3 - 180 degree Four Wheel Drive Excavator with Operator

Lot 4 - Plant Hire without Operator

Lot 5 - Traffic management plant hire

Orders placed off the framework will be awarded on an individual basis
