NOTE: This notice was updated on 14 February 2020 for the following reason: This Tender process has been cancelled following a decision by The Oil & Pipelines Agency (OPA) - Senior Leadership Team to carry out a high level review of the entire OPA Training programme.(OPA (The Oil and Pipelines Agency) Additional Site Resource (Human Factors Procedure Writing & Overfill Protection (Commissioning) - The OPA is committed to ensuring that all staff working for the OPA have the necessary skills, knowledge and experience to undertake their roles safely and to an acceptable standard. To ensure that the OPA can deliver on its commitment around training, especially with the overfill protection systems and the new plant installations at Gosport and Thanckes, there is a requirement to deliver a number of Training packages and assess Operational staff as competent against newly written procedures over the next two years.)

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
