The Contract is to appoint an organisation to act as an "awarding body" to administer the London Luton Airport Limited (LLAL) Community Investment Fund (CIF).
The aims of the service are to provide an independent, open and transparent method of awarding donations from the LLAL Community Investment Fund to individual organisations or to groups of providers.
