The aim is to support the three Health and Wellbeing strategy priorities:
- oDriving change to improve mental health and wellbeing for people of all ages
- oEnabling people to optimise their own and their family's health and wellbeing
- oEnsuring that growth delivers improvements in health and wellbeing for current and future residents
The service aims to achieve these, and reduce health inequalities across the life-course, through community centred and asset-based approaches.
