Organisations must register their interest against this advert in order to receive any changes or notifications issued by the Council during this tender process.
We are seeking to appoint a single ‘Provider’ to deliver or sub-contract as required the services detailed in this Specification. The Provider shall provide the following from the Commencement Date of the Contract:
The provision of Needle Exchange products.
The collection of waste products in respect of the Needle Exchange.
The management of in house drug testing and the cost of providing the testing equipment.
The Provider shall also be responsible for the management and payments due for both drug and blood tests sent to the Pathology Department. Supervised consumption.
The Provider shall be expected to take on the lease of New Hope 16/17 Market Street Bracknell for the duration of the contract. The management and payment of costs for substitute medications that are prescribed by the specialist prescribing service.
Residential rehabilitation services will sit outside of this Contract.
Additional information: The contract duration will be for a maximum of four years, covering an initial period of two years plus 2 optional extensions, each of one year i.e. 2 + 1 + 1.
