CCN for Provision of Consultancy for Project Seagull

The Terms and Conditions of the Contract apply but with the following amendments:

• Uplift in Contract Value - The existing Contract value is £583,332 (exc. VAT). The Authority proposes to uplift the Contract value by an additional £291,360 (exc. VAT), this would therefore increase the overall Contract value to a maximum of £874,692 (exc. VAT).

• Inclusion of additional deliverables:

Timeframe

1. - Support and facilitate monthly 3*/2* Alliance Transition Steering Group meetings, including preparation of supporting material.

Ongoing, monthly per Sprint

2. - Support and facilitate regular Governance & Integration working group meetings, including preparation of supporting material.

Ongoing weekly to fortnightly per Sprint

3. - Support MOD's facilitation of regular Commercial & Contracting working group, including preparation of supporting material.

Ongoing, monthly per Sprint with weekly update calls

4. - Draft view of the programme assurance process, decision-management and change configuration, illustrated through scenarios

Within week 6

5. - Draft mapping of new Alliance roles and responsibilities with existing roles of the Parties and particular posts
6. - Updated working documents in support of Reporting and Change Control for the Project Controls Steerco
7. - Detailed role descriptions for "MD minus 1" posts and document outlining more detailed organisational structure within the Alliance team
