CBC-0783-H-CE Kilgour Court LB Security Services - AWARD

Provision of Security Services are required at Kilgour court, Leighton Buzzard.

Kilgour Court delivers personalised accommodation-based support, which provides vulnerable young people and adults (16-65) with a stable place to live alongside support interventions to overcome crisis, develop new skills and abilities, establish local connections and move into sustainable independence.

We are seeking a professional and experienced provider who can display a high level of customer care for our residents, and visitors while providing an efficient and effective security service.

The contractor needs to be a member of the Security Industry Authority's approved contractor scheme.

Completed Tenders and attachments should be submitted electronically, no later than 12:00 noon on 22/09/2017, tenders received after that time will be excluded.

Tenders must be uploaded via the "My Return" section of the system. Tenders submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered.

Questions asked together with the response, will be made available to all firms quoting, to ensure a fair and consistent approach to all. The contract is for one year from November 2017 with the option to extend for up to a further year, subject to satisfactory performance.
