The planning permission for the scheme (Reference S15/2101/EIAFP) was granted on 12/11/2015 with conditions that require these works to be done under a Written Scheme of Investigation, or “WSI” which has been prepared by Mouchel on behalf of Lincolnshire County Council. Full details of the relevant planning conditions are contained in the WSI.
