House Refurbishment:
The general scope of works as part of this repair and refurbishment project includes the following:
- oNew insulated ground floor flab (partial area)
- oNew central heating system including relocation of boiler
- oSome electrical and ventilation upgrade works
- oSome new floor coverings
- oInternal repairs and redecoration works
- oLoft Insulation
